About Sarah

Sarah's practice focuses on advising clients on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public financings and private placements, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Blakes, Sarah summered, articled and practised at the Toronto office of a national business law firm. She also summered at an international financial institution in Washington, D.C.
