About Daniel

Daniel’s practice focuses on advising creditors, debtors, court officers, and other key stakeholders as to their respective rights in connection with secured debt enforcement, out-of-court restructurings, receiverships, cross-border proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) proposals and Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) proceedings. Daniel is known for delivering solutions that are practical, innovative and analytical.

Prior to joining Blakes, Daniel worked at a full-service, international law firm where he advised clients on restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy law.
