Diane's practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions.

Diane joined Blakes as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2019/2020. During her articles, she completed a secondment in the legal department of a global food and beverage company.
