About Donya
Donya's practice focuses on tax litigation and disputes, with a particular emphasis on transfer pricing and international tax matters.
Donya holds a JD and an MA in Economics from the University of Toronto, which she completed concurrently. Her interdisciplinary training gives her a distinctive perspective on complex tax disputes, particularly those involving economic and financial issues.
Prior to joining Blakes, Donya articled at a leading Canadian law firm and served as a law clerk at the Tax Court of Canada.
