Elyssa's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing, and general corporate and commercial matters.

She participates in various aspects of the transaction process, including conducting and overseeing due diligence inquiries, and drafting and negotiating a range of transactional and commercial agreements.

Elyssa was seconded to the legal department of one of Canada's largest pension investment managers, where she advised on a range of governance and corporate matters.

Elyssa is fluent in English and French.
