Evan's practice focuses primarily on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters. He advises clients on various aspects of the process, from due diligence to transaction closing, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements and related transaction documents.

Evan has participated in a range of transactions in sectors such as infrastructure, medical, technology, real estate, logistics and distribution.

Evan is fluent in English and French.
