• Acted for a major pharmaceutical company in the sale of superficies rights and assignment of ground lease

• Acted for a major foreign pension fund in the sale of 90% interest of a downtown Montréal office building

• Acted for the Government of Canada on its C$1.4-billion sale and leaseback of portfolio of seven office properties across Canada, containing approximately 3.5 million square feet of space.

• Actively participated in the sale of Bell Canada Nuns' Island project, considered to be one of the largest and most prestigious single-tenant developments to have been built in Montréal

• Represented an international pharmaceutical products distributor in connection with built-to-suit leases of office and warehouse premises

• Acted as lender's counsel in a C$176-million acquisition financing of a multi-office complex in Montréal, Quebec
