About Graham

Graham's practice focuses on real property transactions, developments and financing, general corporate and commercial matters, infrastructure, public-private partnerships and other major projects. He has experience advising vendors, purchasers, developers and proponents concerning a wide range of corporate matters, development projects and commercial transactions.

Graham has advised clients in a variety of industries, including seniors' care, gaming, data centres, mining, engineering, construction, hotels, shopping centres, office towers, energy, resort and hospitality, commercial real estate development and financial institutions.

In 2018, Graham completed a six-month secondment with a large Canadian real estate investment, development and management company where he worked on a number of international investment projects as well as a range of in-house matters.

Advising a consortium in achieving financial close on two projects valued at C$635-million to design, build, finance, operate and maintain 18 elementary schools and 9 joint-use facilities in Saskatchewan
Advising a consortium in achieving financial close on a C$751-million contract to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a hospital in the Northwest Territories
Advising a consortium in achieving financial close on a C$1.1-billion contract to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a hydroelectric generating station in British Columbia
Advising lenders in relation to a secondary market transaction involving the sale of equity interests in a portfolio of Canadian P3 projects
