  • Counsel to Borealis Infrastructure and LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services in connection with LifeLabs' acquisition of CML Healthcare Inc., a transaction valued at C$1.22-billion

Jeremy has written and spoken across North America on a wide range of topics in the areas of pensions (including related investment, governance, fiduciary, liability, trust and custodial issues), employee benefits, executive compensation and related income tax and pension legislation issues.

He is a member of the Association of Canadian Pension Management, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the International Pension & Employee Benefits Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
