  • The Transurban Group on its sale of a 50% interest in Concession A25, L.P., the concession operating the A25 PPP (P3) Toll Road in Montréal (Quebec), to Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec for C$355-million

  • Roynat Capital Inc. and Fondaction on their co-investment alongside Sagard Private Equity Canada in connection with the acquisition of a majority interest in Courchesne, Larose Ltd.

  • Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Québec (F.T.Q.) in their acquisition of a 65% interest in Nortera Foods (formerly Bonduelle) based on an enterprise value at 100% of C$850-million

  • Roynat Capital Inc. on its co-investment in VODA Backyard Leisure Group alongside a group of co-investors led by Fulcrum Capital Partners

  • PMC Capital Partners, LLC on its acquisition and subsequent sale of StyroChem Canada, Ltd., a leading North American producer of expandable polystyrene (EPS) to Epsilyte Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of private equity investor Balmoral Funds

  • Elanco Animal Health Incorporated (NYSE: ELAN) on its acquisition of biotechnology company Prevtec Microbia Inc.

  • Group Mach Inc. on its acquisition of 42 properties in connection with the acquisition of Cominar REIT (TSX: CUF.UN) by a Candarel-led consortium

  • Northern Genesis Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: NGA) on its business combination with The Lion Electric Company (NYSE/TSX: LEV)

  • Caisse de depôt et placement du Québec on a number of its venture capital equity investments in Quebec-based businesses, including Metro Supply Chain Group, TrackTik Software Inc., Groupe Glutenberg Inc. and Poka Inc.
