About Felicia

Felicia's practice focuses on commercial lending transactions, domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions, asset-based lending, and acquisition-financing transactions in the financial services industry. She acts for lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions (bilateral and syndicated loan structures).

Felicia joined Blakes as a Summer Student in 2022 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2023/2024.

Representative matters in which Felicia has been involved include advising:

  • Financing parties in providing asset-based financing in respect of Sycamore Partners' acquisition of RONA Inc. from Lowe's Companies Inc.

  • Royal Bank of Canada on its C$13.5-billion acquisition of HSBC Bank of Canada
Professional Activities

Felicia is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.

Felicia gives back to her community through serving as a mentor in the Law in Action Within Schools program.
