Brady practises international trade law and commercial litigation and arbitration. His focus is on contractual disputes, tort claims, public law remedies, class actions, regulatory controversy, and international sanctions and trade remedies.
Brady has represented clients in Federal Court and at all levels of court in British Columbia. He also advises a range of multinational industries on complex trade and sanctions issues.
Brady has a PhD in law from Trinity College, University of Dublin, and is an adjunct professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
