Brady practises commercial litigation and arbitration, and international trade law. Brady has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia, at the Federal Court of Canada, and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. His focus is on regulatory controversy, public law, cross-border disputes, contractual disputes, class actions, and complex international trade and sanctions issues. He also regularly acts for clients in domestic and international arbitrations.
Brady has a PhD in law from Trinity College, the University of Dublin, and is an adjunct professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
