Catherine has over 10 years of experience as a corporate and commercial paralegal at Blakes. She manages a team of paralegals and legal assistants and oversees all administrative aspects of Corporate Services, including developing and implementing policies, procedures and precedents.

She also engages in commercial and transactional work and assists with regulatory and compliance matters.

Catherine is fluent in both English and French.
