About Guillaume
Guillaume’s practice covers various aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on infrastructure and energy projects.
He advises public and private sector clients in connection with bidding processes and assists in drafting commercial agreements and related documents for projects involving the design, construction and operation of infrastructure.
As a law student, Guillaume was seconded to Boralex in 2024.
During his studies, Guillaume took part in the Donald G. H. Bowman National Tax Moot Court Competition and worked for a community housing committee in Montreal’s Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighbourhood.
He is fluent in English and French.
