Christine advises Firm personnel on various risk management matters, including client retainer documents and requests for proposal. She has primary responsibility for reviewing and negotiating the Firm's commercial contracts, including service agreements with IT-based and other suppliers.

Christine began her legal career in the securities group at another major Canadian law firm. She also has experience in teaching, which she uses to develop training programs for the Firm on compliance and risk management matters.
