My Anh's practice covers various aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on public and private M&A transactions, infrastructure projects as well as public-private partnerships.

My Anh participates in stages of transactions, from due diligence to closing. She advises public and private entities in connection with the bidding process and assists in drafting commercial agreements and other related documents for projects to design, build and operate various infrastructures.

As a law student, My Anh was seconded to Health Montréal Collective Limited Partnership, a private partner of the new Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal.

My Anh is fluent in English and French.
