Ryley practises corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and continuous disclosure compliance.

Her experience includes representing clients on a broad range of matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and general corporate and commercial matters.

As an articling student, Ryley spent three months working in the legal group at the Calgary office of a multinational integrated oil and gas company as part of a secondment.
