About Hayley

Hayley advises clients on a wide range of public and private company transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and corporate reorganizations. She regularly assists clients in various industries with general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance, securities regulatory compliance, stock exchange matters, and general corporate law.

Hayley joined the Firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles in 2023.
