Imoreshi practises corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance and corporate governance.

Imoreshi’s experience includes assisting publicly traded issuers, private issuers and underwriters on a broad range of matters and transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and debt and equity securities offerings. He also regularly assists clients in various industries with general corporate and securities law matters, including private equity financing and compliance with continuous disclosure obligations.

South Bow Corporation in connection with its C$7.9-billion cross-border private placement offering of senior notes and junior subordinated notes, undertaken in connection with TC Energy Corporation's spin-out transaction
Mubadala Capital, the wholly owned asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, in connection with its C$4.7-billion acquisition of CI Financial Corp
Waterous Energy Fund in connection with its acquisition of approximately 56.5% of the common shares of Greenfire Resources Ltd. for approximately US$320-million
