Daniel's practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions. He has experience representing both borrowers and lending institutions in connection with secured and unsecured financing transactions, bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, acquisition financings and project financings.

Prior to joining Blakes, Daniel practised at another leading Canadian national law firm.
