Jacob's practice focuses on commercial lending, debt financing and acquisition finance, as well as related corporate and securities matters. He acts for lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions.
Jacob joined Blakes as a summer student in 2024 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2026.
