About Jamie

Jamie's practice focuses mainly on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and project development within the power, renewable energy and infrastructure industries. He has been involved in a broad range of transactions for private and public entities, including domestic and cross-border transactions, share and asset purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures and complex commercial arrangements.

Jamie regularly advises sponsors, developers, off-takers and service providers on a range of power and energy transition projects, including in relation to all project structuring and development agreements.

Jamie has also advised asset managers, pension funds and other institutional financial sponsors on domestic and international investments, including joint venture and co-investment structuring, across a range of sectors including energy, infrastructure and real estate.

Parkland Corporation on its C$115-million sale of its Canadian commercial propane business to Avenir Energy Ltd.
