About Jasmine
Jasmine's practice focuses on technology transactions and complex commercial arrangements, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, outsourcing transactions, artificial intelligence, cloud services, and technology licensing and transfer.
Jasmine joined Blakes as a Summer Student in 2025 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2025/2026.
Before joining Blakes, Jasmine worked as a Privacy/AI consultant and gained experience at leading law firms in India. She is also enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi.
