About Jennifer
Jennifer maintains a broad litigation and dispute resolution practice, with a particular focus on privacy-related matters for both private and public sector organizations. She has assisted in representing clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and various arbitral tribunals.
Her work spans complex commercial disputes and privacy-related matters, including privacy compliance, cybersecurity incident response, and the defence of class actions arising out of cyber-attacks and data breaches.
Jennifer joined Blakes as a summer student in 2024 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2026.
