About Jenny

Jenny advises private companies on a broad range of business law matters, including commercial agreements, corporate governance, financings, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring and reorganizations. Jenny acts for clients across various industries, including life sciences, software, clean tech, AI, and retail.

She holds a master's degree in genetics and has a background as a life sciences researcher at the Centre for Blood Research at the University of British Columbia.

Professional Activities

Jenny is the president of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia) Society (FACL BC), having served on its board since 2021.

Previously, she served as the vice-president of marketing and held the roles of chair and vice-chair of the Membership Committee at FACL BC. In these positions, she played a key role in advancing the organization’s mission to promote equity, justice, and opportunity for both Asian Canadian legal professionals and the broader community.
