About Jessica

Jessica practises primarily in the area of corporate taxation with a focus on corporate reorganizations, partnership structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises high-net-worth individuals on all aspects of tax planning, including business reorganizations, trust and succession planning, philanthropic endeavours, and family office corporate governance.

Jessica works with a wide range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, large multinationals and tax-exempt entities.

Jessica provides legal services through Jessica Fabbro Law Corporation.

Professional Activities

Jessica is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Canadian Bar Association (CBA).

She is also a former income tax instructor with the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) Canada and CPA Alberta and the former chair of the CBA’S Taxation Law (North) Subsection in Alberta.
