About Jessica

Jessica's practice focuses on advising clients on various capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and financings. She also advises clients on securities regulatory and corporate governance matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.

Jessica completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. Upon graduation, she was awarded a Dean's Gold Key Award for outstanding contribution to the law school.

Jessica joined Blakes as a first-year summer student in 2019 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2021/2022.
