Jessica's practice focuses on advising clients on various capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and financings. She also advises clients on securities regulatory and corporate governance matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.
Jessica completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. Upon graduation, she was awarded a Dean's Gold Key Award for outstanding contribution to the law school.
Jessica joined Blakes as a first-year summer student in 2019 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2021/2022.

Underwriters counsel in connection with the C$172-million bought deal offering of common shares of Exchange Income Corporation
Big Pharma Split Corp. in connection with the establishment of a C$75-million ATM program

H&R REIT on its spin-off of its Primaris properties, including all of H&R’s enclosed malls, to a new stand-alone, publicly traded REIT
Jessica currently serves on the board of directors of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL Ontario).
