John acts on real property and lending transactions in several industry groups. He has experience in transactions involving buying, selling, leasing, financing and developing commercial real estate, including shopping centres, apartment buildings, office buildings and industrial properties.

John advises a broad range of clients such as developers, financial institutions, pension funds and other lenders and investors. He also works closely with other practice groups in the Firm to provide real estate advice relating to commercial transactions.

John joined Blakes after summering and articling with the Firm.
