Jonathan's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions. He advises lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured transactions, bilateral and syndicated financings, and acquisition finance matters.
Prior to joining Blakes, Jonathan practised at an international full-service law firm.
