Jordan's practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and commercial law matters. He plays a role in various aspects of the process, from due diligence to transaction closing, and assists in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of purchase agreements and related transaction documents.
Jordan has participated in a wide range of transactions in sectors such as e-commerce, biotechnology, medical, logistics, technology, real estate and natural resources.
Prior to joining Blakes, Jordan practised law at another national law firm.
He is fluent in both English and French.
