About Jordan
Jordan's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of secured and unsecured debt financing matters, including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and asset-based lending transactions. Jordan works with domestic and foreign financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across various industries, including mining.
