Josh's work focuses on mergers and acquisitions and a range of capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings, and private placements of securities. He also works with clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.
Prior to joining Blakes, Josh worked in the capital markets group of a leading U.S. law firm in New York.
