Joshua is a member of the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment group at Blakes, recently named Regional Firm of the Year - Americas by the Global Competition Review.  Joshua advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, abuse of dominance, regulatory investigations, and regulatory compliance matters. He also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act.

Joshua has worked with clients in a range of industries, including telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, automotive, and real estate. Prior to joining Blakes, Joshua practiced competition, antitrust, and foreign investment law in the Toronto office of a full-service firm.

Joshua previously worked as a lobbyist as well as on provincial and federal political campaigns.
