About Julie
Julie advises clients on a wide range of financing transactions, including corporate financing, as well as on various banking matters.
Her experience covers acquisition financing, syndicated loans and project financing. As part of her practice, Julie advises and represents banks, financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers with respect to establishing credit facilities and security interests at both national and international levels.
Prior to joining Blakes, Julie worked in business law for a top law firm in Montréal.
She is fluent in English and French.
