About Justin
Justin's practice focuses on financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on bank and project financings, including infrastructure project financings, as well as acquisition financings, asset-based financings and private credit financings. He also advises clients on various other corporate transactions.
Justin represents Canadian and international banks and financial institutions, private lenders, investment funds, institutional investors, sponsors and corporations. He is involved in all aspects of the transaction process, from due diligence through to closing.
Prior to joining Blakes, Justin was a member of the corporate law group of an international law firm in Montréal.
Justin is fluent in both English and French.
