About Kassidy
Kassidy's practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing, and advising on real estate aspects of commercial transactions. Kassidy has experience assisting a wide range of clients, including developers, real estate investors, landlords, tenants, financial institutions and other lenders.
Kassidy brings a collaborative approach when working with clients to understand clients' needs and deliver tailored and effective advice. Prior to joining Blakes, Kassidy practised at an international law firm in Toronto, where she gained extensive experience representing clients on various commercial real estate transactions.
