About Kassie

Kassandra maintains a broad employment and labour law practice. She assists employers with a range of matters, including wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, human rights complaints, labour relations, privacy, occupational health and safety, employment agreements, workplace policies and termination agreements. Kassandra has experience with various litigation and administrative law matters, including contractual disputes and professional disciplinary complaints.

Prior to joining Blakes, Kassandra clerked for the Honourable Justice McVeigh of the Federal Court of Canada. She also worked as an associate at another leading Canadian law firm.
