Katie's practice focuses on M&A, private equity, and a broad range of other corporate and commercial transactions. She advises clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, complex commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance.

Katie also previously completed a secondment in the legal department of a major Canadian bank.
