About Kelly
Kelly has a general corporate and commercial law practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, commercial transactions and other corporate law matters. She has assisted various clients in industries including oil and gas, energy services, agribusiness, franchise arrangements, technology, and hospitality. Kelly routinely assists clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchase transactions, private equity transactions, fund formations, corporate reorganizations and corporate structuring.
Her experience includes analyzing corporate agreements, conducting corporate due diligence and research, drafting corporate agreements and constating documents, as well as drafting definitive agreements and other transactional documents.
Prior to joining Blakes, Kelly practiced corporate law at another leading national law firm.
