Kendra has represented leading technology, energy and pharmaceutical companies in high-stakes patent infringement and impeachment actions and successfully acted for ISPs in groundbreaking Notice & Notice Regime cases. She has gained extensive trial and appellate litigation experience, appearing as counsel before both the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.
