Kirat is an Articling Student. She returns to Blakes after first joining the Firm in 2025 as a summer student.
Kirat received her JD from the University of Ottawa. During her studies, she worked as an associate editor for the Ottawa Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, she graduated from Simon Fraser University with a bachelor of arts degree in political science.
