About Kyle
Kyle oversees all aspects of the Firm’s associate and student programs in Toronto, leading recruitment, onboarding, professional development, engagement and performance management efforts. He and his team work closely with Blakes leadership to develop initiatives that attract, retain and advance excellent legal talent while fostering an engaging and supportive environment for associates and students.
Kyle is an experienced lawyer, having practised as a litigator for more than a decade at two international law firms. Before joining Blakes, he served as the director of student programs and professional development at a Canadian litigation firm. His experience as both a practising lawyer and talent leader gives him a deep understanding of the professional and business demands of legal practice and enables him to effectively support lawyers at every stage of their careers.
