About Eric

Eric specializes in complex commercial litigation, class action defence, and insurance disputes. He also has expertise in securities litigation, injunctions, real estate and leasing disputes, media and defamation cases, and arbitration proceedings. Eric has represented clients at all levels of courts in Ontario, the Federal Court, the Ontario Securities Commission, and in commercial arbitrations and mediations.

Before joining Blakes, Eric was a law clerk for judges of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
