About Fraser

Fraser is a corporate commercial lawyer who primarily practises in the area of private-company mergers and acquisitions. He routinely acts for Canadian and international clients operating in a wide range of industries including private equity, information technology, biotechnology, healthcare, education, consumer goods and natural resources. Fraser also advises clients on their corporate and commercial matters including corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements and financings.

Prior to attending law school, Fraser provided mergers and acquisitions risk management advice at a multinational financial services firm and planned infrastructure projects for a territorial government.
