About Fraser

Fraser is a corporate commercial lawyer who primarily practises in the area of private-company mergers and acquisitions. He routinely acts for Canadian and international clients operating in a wide range of industries including private equity, information technology, biotechnology, healthcare, education, consumer goods, manufacturing and mining. Fraser also advises clients on their corporate and commercial matters including corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements and financings.

Prior to attending law school, Fraser provided mergers and acquisitions risk management advice at a multinational financial services firm and planned infrastructure projects for a territorial government.

  • Chegg on their acquisition of Varafy

  • Price's Alarm System on its sale to Telus Corporation

  • Ideon Packaging on their sale to The Great Little Box Company Ltd.

  • Corix on their disposition of their equity interests in the Tribus Services to Olameter

  • Notch Therapeutics in connection with its US$85-million Series A financing

  • Alpha-9 Theranostics in connection with its US$75-million Series B financing
