About Liliane

Liliane is an Associate in the Financial Services Regulatory group. Liliane's regulatory practice is geared towards the interaction between innovative technologies and developing regulatory frameworks. She advises companies offering payment services on regulatory compliance with payment systems obligations, retail payments legislation, anti-money laundering and consumer protection requirements.

As a member of the Firm's Public Sector Crisis & Compliance group, Liliane draws on her background in policy to help clients translate business-focused concerns about law and regulation to regulators and government. She also advises on public and political law issues, including government investigations, lobbying matters, gifting rules, conflict of interest regimes, access to information disclosures and election finance laws.

Prior to joining Blakes, Liliane clerked at the Federal Court of Appeal.
