About Liz

Liz's practice focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. Liz has acted for purchasers and vendors in both public and private M&A transactions, as well as for boards of directors, special committees and underwriters. She also advises public companies and their boards on corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, stock exchange matters and other strategic matters.

In 2019, Liz completed a secondment with one of the Firm's Canadian financial institution clients.
