Roy has a broad commercial litigation practice, primarily representing clients in the defence of complex commercial and tort disputes. He has acted for local and international clients in a wide range of industries including energy, real estate and financial services.
Roy has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia and Alberta as well as domestic and international arbitral tribunals. He also regularly represents clients in proceedings before administrative and regulatory bodies and tribunals.
