About Liam

Liam's practice covers all aspects of pensions, benefits and executive compensation law, including plan administration, design, governance, investment and taxation. He advises administrators, sponsors and fund investment managers of both federally and provincially regulated pension plans.

Liam also advises on pension, benefit and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Blakes, Liam practised at a boutique law firm where he worked on a variety of pensions, benefits and executive compensation matters.

Professional Activities

Liam is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
