About Lindsay

Lindsay practises corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and private equity transactions.

Lindsay has experience representing public and private acquirors, target companies and special committees in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including plans of arrangement, mergers and takeover bids. Lindsay also regularly represents issuers in respect of debt and equity securities offerings, corporate governance and general corporate and securities law matters.

Prior to joining Blakes, Lindsay practised at another leading law firm, advising high-growth companies and venture capital funds on capital formation, M&A and initial public offerings.
